The Violet

It just a solo ran by me, Takashi (Editor) after replaced brake pads. There is no time to go to Sparepart shop so I just bought Mintye Brake Pads worth RM90 + Installation at Boeing Workshop beside A-Malik last Tuesday.

On January 12, rain falls from sky till 1.30am at Gombak. The night was so cold and nothing to do. At 3.00am I start engine and drove to Ong Tai Kim for 99 Burger. After finished Triple Cheese Burger, idea was come to fulfill my time. I back home and pickup my camera for “Wet Touge Session” and after long time doesn’t run on Mintye pads, it will be nightmare for me tonight.

I reached at Gombak Bridge about 3.45am and start cruise around route 68. After had some cruised, at U Ravine hairpin I saw a white car stuck at a curve. It was an old Proton Saga which slippery and closely to fall into ravine which same hairpin as WEX incident last December 25. A lorry who’s use Gombak route came to help to pull out the car from the situation. Damn! What s stupid gang who run in 2 cars with 4-5 members each cars plus some women. Another ride was Perodua Viva whose led and chased by Saga. Unfortunately Saga won’t turn properly and end up like that. After we managed to pull out the car, I continued back my journey and finish up sempah uphill cruise at Workshop Sempah.

I had 2 cigarettes to let some lorry which passed me before to go away 1st before I do Sempah Downhill on wet-wet like pussy stim and more extreme too much foggy that time Hahaa.. I put my handycam at passenger headrest and jammed it there. It works perfect after a few tested. No hard shake, vibrate and ‘Golek2’. Then, wet touge training started at 4.10am and I ran slowly like in the video above. When the run finished, I went to Gombak Petrol pump to refuel and snap 1 picture for this Run. Arrived home at 4.57am and reviewed back video and editing works start. Hohoho..  The video parts I love at 4:30-4.40 where persona  slippery like drifting in FF car and another part at 5:16-5:25, manage to maneuver the oversteer then throttle back to the course. The extreme part was happen i’m had fun at some “S” Corners, I saw incoming light and blind corners, then I just tried to do little oversteer to make the car in right lane and it done well. It was at range 6:17-6:28. 2 BigS Treller! Aiyoo..

  2. yep.. thx for the advice.. as is stated in the story above. I had no time to go sparepart and bendix or other brand pads. That time i’m in hurry so just change at workshop and mintye only have.. lg pon time run ni baru lepas 2 hari tukar.. ten x penah hard braking.. miahaha.. actuallt Bosch and Mintye in same category. Bendix for sure more better then both of them. I used Bendix General CT before and it done well compare than Bosch. Later if free wanna try other bendix type 🙂
